Are you feeling the cold?!

As many know, moving away from home can have its advantages and disadvantages. The cold mornings and dark evenings is a big negative for me.

I miss the fire and the unlimited food. How do I get around it?

Always take a piping hot shower before you get into bed, it will heat you right up.  The bodyshop do great shower gels and body creams (http://www.thebodyshop.ie/bath-body.html), they’ll make you feel and smell great!!

In the morning have a pint of water (1/2 hot and 1/2 cold)- it’s sure to heat you up for the cold outside!

And wear the right amount of clothes, fashion isn’t important when you’re sick in class!!

Next time I’ll post about some of my favorite homemade meals- they really are a treat!!
